Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated OTR routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage efficient delivery schedules while maintaining on-time performance
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Document all trip details, logs, and delivery paperwork accurately
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding route status
- Maintain professional conduct and represent company values at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexibility for irregular schedules and overnight travel
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
