Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractors for dedicated regional routes (AZ, NV, UT, CA)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and DOT compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs (ELD)
- Collaborate with logistics team for on-time delivery optimization
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Represent the brand through professional conduct and appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Minimum 2 years OTR or dedicated route experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in ELD systems and route navigation technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
