Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining DOT compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance
- Utilize electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS technology
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Manage freight documentation and ensure secure loading/unloading
- Maintain clean driving record and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated routes preferred
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of regional highways and Houston metro area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Must be 23+ years old with 2+ years verifiable experience
