Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes from Pittsburgh hub
- Transport time-sensitive freight with 99% on-time delivery rate
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELRs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route optimization
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Build long-term relationships with Pittsburgh-area clients
- Document all transport activities using electronic logging systems
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and random drug screenings
- Proficient in electronic logging device usage
- Strong understanding of regional geography (PA, OH, NY, NJ)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
