Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient transport of freight from Miami to Southeastern US destinations
- Adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Accurate logging of hours and delivery documentation
- Vehicle pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Exceptional customer communication at delivery points
- Route optimization to maximize on-time performance
- Collaboration with dispatch team for schedule adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and satisfactory background check
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for regional travel within 500-mile radius
- Excellent communication abilities in English
- Self-motivated with remote work capability
