Responsibilities
- Operate late-model tractor-trailers for dedicated regional routes (Pacific Coast)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance
- Safely transport freight while maintaining delivery schedules
- Document mileage, fuel, and delivery logs accurately
- Communicate with dispatch team and clients professionally
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with training team during initial 4-week program
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL permit or ability to obtain one through training
- Minimum 21 years old with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to complete 4-week paid training program in Irvine
- Basic math skills for weight distribution and load planning
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer ladders
- U.S. citizenship or legal residency required
