Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class-A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient load delivery and pickup
- Represent the company professionally with all clients and partners
- Utilize telematics systems for route optimization and performance tracking
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with DOT requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class-A CDL (or willingness to obtain through paid training)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility for overnight travel and weekend home time
- No-touch freight experience preferred but not required
