Responsibilities
- Operate late-model tractors on dedicated regional routes with predictable schedules
- Maintain impeccable safety records and comply with all FMCSA regulations
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency while ensuring on-time delivery performance
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and service excellence
- Utilize electronic logging systems and fleet management software
- Participate in continuous safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years of OTR experience with dedicated route preference
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and pass DOT physical examination
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
- Flexibility for occasional weekend and overnight travel
- Pass comprehensive background and drug screening
