Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Load/unload freight with precision and care at customer facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route status and delays
- Represent Nebraska Logistics Solutions with professionalism at all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and electronic logging
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule with overnight travel capabilities
- Strong customer service orientation
