Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across designated routes
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and delivery documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Secure cargo and ensure proper loading/unloading procedures
- Resolve transit challenges proactively while maintaining delivery timelines
Qualifications
- No prior trucking experience required – we train from ground zero!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A license through our paid training program
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb in/out of trucks frequently
- Must be 21+ years old (FMCSA requirement)
