Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-owned tractor-trailers on dedicated routes
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Represent Durham Logistics with professionalism at all delivery points
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide complete training
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A (training provided)
- Ability to travel 2-3 weeks per month
- High school diploma or equivalent required
