Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver freight on dedicated regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Manage delivery paperwork and electronic logging systems
- Maintain clean driving record and complete required training modules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or willingness to obtain one through our paid training program
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and smartphone proficiency
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- No prior trucking experience required (training provided)
- Must be 21+ years old
- Ability to work flexible schedules including overnight trips
