Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain accurate logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients and represent our brand professionally
- Utilize advanced GPS technology for efficient route navigation
- Maintain clean driving record and zero safety violations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless load coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer decks
- Strong familiarity with regional Texas roadways
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Dedicated to safety and customer service excellence
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
