Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain flawless on-time performance
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling throughout transit
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of regional KY/TN/IN route networks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
- Must be 23+ years old with verifiable employment history
