Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks over long-distance routes while adhering to DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight efficiently with proper documentation and handling protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging systems
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time deliveries while prioritizing safety
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and acceptable background check
- Ability to handle 3-4 week out periods with guaranteed home time
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb equipment safely
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
