Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage electronic logging systems (ELD) and documentation accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load planning and timing
- Maintain clean driving record and uphold professional conduct standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Midwest geography and route optimization
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to pass background check and security clearance
