Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over long distances (OTR).
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and safety procedures.
- Obey all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations strictly.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) and acceptable background check.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
