Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks on dedicated long-haul routes across the US.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently using company-supplied lifting equipment.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and DVIRs.
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to optimize route efficiency and delivery times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Ability to lift and move cargo weighing up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service standards.
- Willingness to travel and work varying shifts as required by the route.
