Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers (Class A CDL) safely and legally across the United States.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, ensuring freight security and integrity.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and all necessary shipping documentation (Bills of Lading).
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of interstate highway systems and navigation.
- Excellent customer service skills and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by route assignments.
