Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) over the road to deliver freight.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and DOT compliance.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Ensure the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and acceptable background check.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of interstate traffic laws and regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and long distances.
