Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers (Class A CDL) safely and efficiently on dedicated routes across the United States.
- Load and secure cargo according to weight and balance regulations to ensure safe transit.
- Complete all required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and paperwork accurately.
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch, shippers, and receivers.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies at all times.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of logbook regulations and hours-of-service (HOS) rules.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing weather and road conditions.
