Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 vehicles on dedicated regional routes averaging 2,500 miles weekly
- Adhere to strict HOS regulations while maintaining flawless delivery records
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance requirements
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team using real-time tracking systems
- Represent our brand through professional conduct at all customer locations
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and required documentation
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Pass comprehensive background and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging device usage
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for securement duties
- Strong geographical knowledge of Southeast region
- Flexibility for irregular schedules and overnight stays
- DOT medical certification current and valid
