Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for dedicated OTR routes across Hawaii
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient delivery schedules while maintaining timeliness
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Represent the company with professionalism while interacting with clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Hawaii's unique road conditions and terrain
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
