Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of freight on dedicated regional routes
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Adherence to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Effective communication with dispatch and clients
- Route optimization and efficient load management
- Electronic logging device (ELD) compliance
- Exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Passing DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of California/Arizona routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- No preventable accidents in past 3 years
