Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided equipment for dedicated OTR routes across the Southeast
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip reports, and compliance documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure adherence to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Manage load security and verify shipment accuracy at all points
- Participate in ongoing training for safety and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/Tractor-Trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical examination
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic navigation systems
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for overnight travel and variable schedules
