Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided tractors and trailers on dedicated routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely loading/unloading
- Represent company professionally with clients and vendors
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route navigation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
