Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided commercial trucks on dedicated routes across Hawaii and mainland US
- Ensure safe, on-time delivery of freight while adhering to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation using electronic logging systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and customer communications
- Uphold strict safety standards and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and route navigation
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility for regional travel and overnight stays
- Knowledge of Hawaii's unique terrain and port regulations preferred
