Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided tractors and specialized trailers across dedicated routes
- Maintain meticulous logs and adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management and delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pickup operations
- Utilize telematics systems to track routes and optimize performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong understanding of Hawaii's unique roadways and weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
