Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) on assigned OTR routes in strict adherence to DOT regulations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Load and secure freight securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Deliver freight to designated locations on time and in the condition expected by customers.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical) and drug screen clearance.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Strong understanding of road regulations and safety protocols.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
