Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided tractors for dedicated OTR routes across the continental US
- Safely transport freight while maintaining strict adherence to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections, basic maintenance checks, and report maintenance needs promptly
- Utilize electronic logging systems for accurate HOS tracking and documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience
- Ability to operate manual transmission and navigate all weather/terrain conditions
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety standards
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with dispatch
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory for all positions)
