Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided tractors and trailers on dedicated routes across Florida and the Southeast
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with logistics coordinators and warehouse staff
- Manage delivery timelines while prioritizing safety and compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations
- Excellent time management and route planning abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication standards
