Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided trucks for dedicated long-haul routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload freight with precision and care
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries and pickups
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
- Utilize advanced GPS and fleet management systems
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight travel (4-5 days out)
- Experience with electronic logging systems
