Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided tractors and trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with all FMCSA regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Build strong relationships with customers and dispatch team
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery while prioritizing safety
- Document all delivery paperwork and communicate shipment status
- Represent Prime Transport Solutions with professionalism at all customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background preferred
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging device (ELD) operations
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including occasional weekends
- Knowledge of Florida and Southeastern US highway systems
