Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided late-model tractors on dedicated OTR routes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and FMCSA regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Inspect equipment pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery efficiency
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb equipment safely
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Flexibility for regional overnight travel (3-5 days/week)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
