Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes with 100% no-touch freight
- Maintain meticulous DOT compliance through accurate logs, inspections, and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize delivery schedules and ensure on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs proactively
- Build long-term relationships with key clients through professional communication
- Utilize telematics systems to monitor vehicle performance and fuel efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices and transportation software
- Strong customer service skills and route familiarity in the Western US
- Willingness to operate in diverse weather conditions and terrain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for securement of cargo
