Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain consistent delivery schedules and communication with dispatch
- Represent the company professionally at all customer locations
- Participate in ongoing training programs for safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated lane background
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer steps safely
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
