Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-owned semi-trucks to deliver freight on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS guidelines, and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections, preventive maintenance checks, and accurate documentation
- Manage efficient route planning to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing fuel usage
- Communicate proactively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain clean, professional appearance and conduct while representing our brand
- Utilize electronic logging devices (ELDs) and fleet management systems
- Participate in quarterly safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Proficiency in using ELDs, GPS navigation, and basic mobile apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills in diverse conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including occasional overnight trips
