Responsibilities
- Execute dedicated long-haul routes with 100% on-time delivery performance
- Maintain meticulous electronic logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Operate advanced refrigerated trailers for temperature-sensitive cargo
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Implement safety-first protocols in all driving conditions
- Optimize route efficiency to maximize fuel economy
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging systems (ELD)
- Experience handling high-value or temperature-controlled freight
- Strong geographical knowledge of Western US
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility for 3-4 week out-of-home assignments
