Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely on dedicated routes with predictable schedules
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling throughout transit
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated routes preferred
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient in electronic logging device (ELD) usage
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Willingness to pass comprehensive background check
