We are looking for professional drivers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailer in a safe, legal, and professional manner.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring weight distribution is correct.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Maintain accurate logs (EOBR) and strictly adhere to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers at every stop.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to dispatch immediately.
- Keep the trailer clean and organized throughout the haul.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSA).
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
