Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain consistent delivery schedules with minimal detention time
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Manage freight handling and securement per company standards
- Utilize electronic logging systems (ELD) for compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of regional geography (TX Gulf Coast)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to pass background check and MVR review
