Responsibilities
- Safely operate 53' dry van trailers on dedicated multi-state routes
- Maintain meticulous trip logs and compliance documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route optimization
- Ensure secure loading/unloading procedures at client facilities
- Uphold strict adherence to HOS regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- HAZMAT certification preferred (will train if needed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and climb trailer decks
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient with ELD systems and mobile communication tools
- Strong geographical knowledge of Southwest US
