Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes between Fresno, CA, and key distribution centers
- Maintain meticulous electronic logging compliance and accurate delivery documentation
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Ensure cargo security and integrity throughout transit
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR trucking experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and logbook management
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips (1-2 nights per week)
