Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles over long distances while adhering to DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (eLD compliance)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient route planning and delivery
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling throughout transit
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with flatbed/dry van endorsement
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in using GPS and electronic logging systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while following company protocols
