Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial trucks for dedicated OTR routes
- Maintain strict adherence to FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and dispatch systems
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of freight at client locations
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Represent Premier Logistics with professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of truck safety protocols
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for regional overnight travel
