Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractors on dedicated regional routes (600-800 miles/day)
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and proper documentation
- Adhere to HOS regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain clean, compliant DOT file and logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management
- Deliver freight to multiple distribution centers on time
- Represent company values in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Regional knowledge of Missouri/Illinois/Indiana preferred
