Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided equipment on dedicated OTR routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage electronic logging system (ELD) compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient delivery schedules
- Document all transport paperwork accurately and promptly
- Maintain clean driving record and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Pass company background and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for regional travel (MN, WI, IA, IL)
- Willingness to operate in all weather conditions
