Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated long-haul routes between Fort Worth and major distribution centers
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations, including HOS compliance and thorough pre/post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs (ELD) for all shipments
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time performance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and resolve delivery challenges
- Uphold company safety standards and participate in regular training programs
- Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
- Ability to operate manual transmission and handle 53' trailers
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Strong communication abilities and customer service mindset
- Willingness to spend 4-6 weeks on the road per rotation
- Pass background check and drug screening
