Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated routes between Charlotte, NC, and key distribution centers
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining flawless DOT compliance
- Conduct thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and document all maintenance
- Utilize advanced telematics systems for real-time route optimization
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS guidelines
- Proficient with electronic logging devices and GPS navigation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule with occasional overnight stays
