Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes between Scottsdale and key distribution centers
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, delivery documentation, and mileage reports
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route conditions and delivery status
- Build strong client relationships through professional on-site interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year MVR and minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic navigation systems
- Strong defensive driving skills and weather-adaptability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb tractor-trailer units safely
- Flexible schedule with overnight stays and weekend availability
